Can I return something without the packaging?Updated 2 months ago

To make sure all of our customers have an epic experience with FightHQ, we must ensure all of our products sold to our customers are in new condition with packaging & original tags.

 All returns must meet our terms & conditions, including: 

• All items are in brand new condition (unworn, unused, unwashed) including packaging & tags.
• Items being returned must be brand new and as received. This means unworn, unused, unmarked, unwashed and still in the original condition with tags attached and retail packaging undamaged.
• No tape was applied or damage was caused to retail packaging & boxes.

For an item to be new, the product must not be worn or used and all of the packaging and tags are still in their brand new, original condition.
